It's time for a dome raising!
The day is finally here: Your plans are done, your kit is shipping, and you're gathering friends and family to have a BBQ, swing a hammer, and be impressed with how fast and easy a dome can be assembled.
Pre-manufactured dome kits are designed to go up fast and without a lot of building expertise - and they certainly can, but they're still incredibly complex projects. We've heard enough horror stories that made us say, "Wow, if only they had a couple experts on-site in the beginning, this project would have been done months ago." - that we decided to provide this very service. The dome raising is hard work, but our goal is to make it fun and worry-free, and set your dome dream off on the right foot!
Who are we?
Derek and Aaron - The Dome Erectors!
Bridging the gap between the specialized understanding of the geometry, assembly, and tolerances of a dome, with standard construction and trades - we combine a lifetime of foundational construction experience with over a decade focused on building geodesic dome kits and skylights, new construction building and finishing, and old construction repairs.
Operating through Dome Erectors (on-site work) and Stellar Domes (new dome projects), we offer comprehensive services for anyone making the jump into building a dome home. Our Building Science approach to sustainable and lasting construction ensures every project meets the rigorous standards required for long-term durability and performance.
